The Clink Restaurant at HMP Cardiff
Our Christmas menu starts Monday 19th November and we’re
now taking bookings for November and December. Whether
you’re dining with friends, looking for somewhere to host your
Christmas work party or planning a festive date night, book your
table at The Clink Restaurant to help prisoners in training gain
valuable experience.
Starters include smoked bacon, venison and truffle terrine and
crab and smoked salmon mousse. Our main courses include a
traditional roast crown of turkey with apricot and sage stuffing,
roast potato and pigs in blankets. To finish off, choose from
classic Christmas pudding with malted crème anglaise and
raspberry coulis or dark chocolate and peanut cremeux, banana
ice cream, grilled cocoa nibs and white chocolate ice cream.
The festive menu is priced at £29.95 per person for
lunch or £39.95 per person for dinner, including a
non-alcoholic mocktail.
