Growing strong partnerships
Powerful execution
in all markets
At 3stepIT we know that we are only as strong as our
constituent parts. Our country teams are the engines
that drive our success. They know their customers and
channel partners better than anyone, and they have
played a crucial role in helping thousands of businesses
across the Nordics adapt to the changed working
environment. Each country has had its own successes
and developed its own ways of working, but together we
are all driving towards a future that supports businesses
to manage IT more efficiently and sustainably.
We lease our IT equipment from 3stepIT and are very happy with
both the cooperation, as well as their flexibility. We use leasing
to free up cash, gain control of our IT estate and any technical
installations. 3stepIT has been of great help

In Demark our strategy has been focused on deepening
and strengthening our relationships with our customers
and partners. Throughout 2020, we have invested heavily in
supporting the businesses we work with to manage IT in the
most efficient and sustainable way.
We have greatly expanded the scope
and breadth of the services we offer and
delivered impressive growth in new
customer numbers in a challenging
market. We have seen a 27% increase in
our portfolio over the last 12 months.
3stepIT is a market leader in Denmark
and the primary technology lifecycle
management provider for the top 20 IT
resellers across the nation. In 2020, we
continued to actively engage with our
channel partners, working closely with
them to ensure they were equipped
to promote the benefits of technology
lifecycle management and meet their
clients rapidly changing IT needs.
“Even as we lost the ability to
meet face to face, we maintained
our focus on the quality of
relationships with our channel
partners,” said Allan Juhl,
Denmark Country Manager.
“As sustainability continues to
become a more dominant force
in Denmark, the circular economy is
providing resellers with new opportunities
to engage with their customers. Savvy
resellers are keen to move their customer
relationships from a single sale or project
approach to one that is much more
consultative. Our ability to offer our
partners a solution that addresses the
entire IT lifecycle is a key competitive
advantage. It gives channel partners
multiple touch points with their clients
and increases their opportunities to grow.”
The Danish business continued to
maintain quality in its rental portfolio,
with a strong diversity in customer size
and profile. 3stepIT proudly represents
customers across all industries in
Denmark. Our work with these customers
delivered significant growth in rental
revenue, up 24% on the previous year.

Our REstepIT business, which handles the
refurbishment and resale of used devices,
also delivered growth, increasing 41%
against 2019 figures. This was driven, in
part, by increased demand for secondhand devices to support many businesses
that needed to implement remote
working for their employees. However,
it also points to a growing awareness in
Denmark of the need for responsible and
sustainable IT consumption.
“Despite the global disruption,
sustainability remains a top
priority for businesses,” said
Morten Hansen, Sales Director,
Denmark.
“Even during a pandemic,
being agile and changing
the way you work to reduce waste
and increase inefficiency still remains
crucial to our new and existing
customers. It proves that our technology
lifecycle management solution is
highly relevant and necessary, as
many IT decision-makers face the
challenge of implementing large scale
digital transformations in a new and
sustainable way.”
These powerful market trends have placed
us in a unique position to support new and
existing customers with their IT lifecycle
management. Against this backdrop, we
delivered 20% revenue growth against
2019 for 3stepIT Denmark. The team
continued its focus on supplying business
critical IT devices, with assets such as
smart phones, tablets, PCs making up 81%
of our portfolio, ensuring the quality and
consistency of our core business.
Looking ahead to 2021, we plan to
continue to invest in the customer journey
and deliver the levels of service excellence
those we work with have come to expect.
