SUMMARY OF RESOLUTIONS PASSED BY THE
MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE AND APPROVED FOR EACH SEASON
1. All clubs must IMMEDIATELY a昀琀er the game report the result, a琀琀endance and goal scorers including 琀椀me
of any goals to the e-mail address provided at the beginning of each season. Alterna琀椀vely, a text message
may be sent to the number provided.
2. All Clubs must within 24 hours of any NPL League or League Cup 昀椀xture complete the online o昀케cial
Northern Premier League Team Sheet which provides for lis琀椀ng players used and match informa琀椀on.
3. All Clubs to complete the Contributory Leagues Team Sheet and either submit by email as an a琀琀achment,
to be received within three working days by the League O昀케cer as directed at the beginning of each
season. All home clubs must ensure the O昀케cials Expenses Sec琀椀on is fully complete. The Sponsor
Compliance grid provided by the League must also be accurately completed and submi琀琀ed at this 琀椀me.
Clubs must retain the original signed Contributory Teams Sheet form for each 昀椀xture throughout the
current season in case of any appeal being lodged at a later date.
4. Prior to the kick o昀昀 of each game all home member clubs must provide in the boardroom and to the
press, full details of the 昀椀nal team line-up and match o昀케cials, which must be as submi琀琀ed on the o昀케cial
Contributory League form.
5. Clubs must have in a琀琀endance at home matches, fully quali昀椀ed First Aid personnel and to have readily
available emergency medical equipment including stretchers to facilitate prompt a琀琀en琀椀on to injured
players. It is expected that all clubs will have available at each game and at all 琀椀mes a de昀椀brillator. All clubs
must ensure that an appropriately quali昀椀ed person can operate a de昀椀brillator.
6. The home club should endeavour to have a doctor in a琀琀endance at all games.
7. All clubs must appoint a Safety O昀케cer whose name and telephone number will appear in the League
handbook. The Safety O昀케cer is expected to have at least one trained steward in appropriate visible
clothing, at each home game. The number of stewards being rela琀椀ve to the expected gate.
8. Copies of the match Programme must be provided to the League whenever requested. Checks will take
place throughout the season. Failure to submit a programme when requested to do so will result in the
applica琀椀on of a 昀椀ne.
9. When clubs agree a 昀椀nancial arrangement for the transfer of a player or the cancella琀椀on of his registra琀椀on
to enable him to register for another club, then details of the agreement must be submi琀琀ed to the League
in wri琀椀ng.
10. When a琀琀ending Boardrooms all club o昀케cials – home and visitors – should be smartly dressed with collar
and 琀椀e. Where a separate room is not available to entertain Sponsors and/or other invited guests then
they can also be entertained in the boardroom and may be dressed in smart casual a琀�re if not wearing
a collar and 琀椀e. The home club must make provision for a hot beverage to be available on arrival in the
Boardroom with addi琀椀onal refreshment provided at half 琀椀me.
11. Young children shall only be permi琀琀ed into Boardrooms if they are accompanied by Sponsors and/or
other invited guests, subject to the permission of the home club Chairman.
12. Home clubs must provide refreshments to players a昀琀er the game and such refreshments should not be
served in the dressing rooms as the condi琀椀ons are unsuitable. The players’ refreshments should therefore
be served in the Social Club or other acceptable area.
13. To help the Match delegate in recognising Assistant Referees, the o昀케cial programme for the game must
state the colour of 昀氀ag used by each Assistant Referee.
14. Both Clubs in NPL Cup Final and Play O昀昀 Final games are to agree on admission prices for all parts
of the ground in conjunc琀椀on with the League. Clubs cannot operate a “free gate” for either adults or
concessions.
15. Clubs are reminded of the necessity of a prompt kick-o昀昀. It is the responsibility of the visi琀椀ng club to
ensure su昀케cient travelling 琀椀me has been allowed for, taking into account present day tra昀케c problems.
16. Where a club is late arriving for a game they will be held responsible for any delay in the scheduled
kick-o昀昀 琀椀me. The referee does not have the authority to delay the kick-o昀昀 and this can only be done by
mutual agreement to accommodate the wishes of the defaul琀椀ng club.
17. All Northern Premier League and Cup games must kick-o昀昀 with a NEW Chryso match football. Any
replacement footballs used during the course of the game must also be Chryso footballs. Any breach of
direc琀椀ve to be reported to the League.
