6. REPORTING OF CHANGES
6.1 A Club is required to advise the Compe琀椀琀椀on in wri琀椀ng of any changes to the applica琀椀on of any of the
Licence Criteria to its Licence at any 琀椀me which might directly or indirectly a昀昀ect the applica琀椀on of the
Licence Criteria. The wri琀琀en no琀椀昀椀ca琀椀on is to be received by the Compe琀椀琀椀on within three working days
of the change occurring.
6.2 If the Compe琀椀琀椀on becomes aware of a change at a Club by any means then the Compe琀椀琀椀on must
consider any such change in rela琀椀on to the applica琀椀on of the Licence Criteria to the Club.
6.3 If a Club fails to advise the Compe琀椀琀椀on of such a change then it may be subject to a penalty determined
by the Compe琀椀琀椀on, including and not limited to suspension or withdrawal of the Club’s Licence, Embargo
or 昀椀nancial penalty or a points deduc琀椀on.
