1. The name of the company is “The Northern Premier Football League Limited”.
2. The company’s registered o昀케ce is to be situated in England.
3. The objects for which the Company is established are:

unincorporated associa琀椀on known as The Northern Premier Football League; to control, administer,
manage, supervise, co-ordinate and be responsible for overseeing the ac琀椀vi琀椀es of The Northern Premier
Football League; to draw up and enforce rules to be observed by and for the regula琀椀on of the conduct of
football clubs forming The Northern Premier Football League from 琀椀me to 琀椀me including the condi琀椀ons
for entry and exclusion therefrom.
To promote interest in the game of football and to protect and advance the mutual and trade interests of
its members; to carry on the business and ac琀椀vi琀椀es of a sports federa琀椀on and governing body in all its
branches.
To encourage the playing of football in a compe琀椀琀椀ve and sportsman like manner and to engage in such
connected social or other ac琀椀vi琀椀es as may be bene昀椀cial for the Company, its members or the sport of football.
To arrange and hold mee琀椀ngs and compe琀椀琀椀ons periodically for members and to establish playing, ground,
facility and general standards for such members.
To nego琀椀ate, enter into and carry into e昀昀ect Commercial Agreements as de昀椀ned in Ar琀椀cle 6 of the Ar琀椀cles
of Associa琀椀on or to receive any grants, awards, gi昀琀s or dona琀椀ons and to discharge the obliga琀椀ons of the
Company howsoever thereunder and to procure that its members comply with, observe and discharge any
and all obliga琀椀ons contained or referred to in any such Commercial Agreements, and to distribute such monies
as it thinks 昀椀t by way of prize, bonus or otherwise howsoever to members of the Company or otherwise.
To borrow and raise money for the purpose of the Company in such manner and on such security as the
Company may think 昀椀t.
To establish support and administer benevolent funds and trusts for the purpose of providing assistance,
昀椀nancial or otherwise, to present or former players, match o昀케cials, club o昀케cials, o昀케cers or others who
have rendered services to The Northern Premier Football League or to the immediate family of such
persons in cases of need and to make disposals and grants of monies from any benevolent fund or trust to
such persons from 琀椀me to 琀椀me as the Company may deem appropriate.
To conduct appeals for money or other gi昀琀s or for any other assistance for any of the purposes of the
Company, and to solicit, collect, receive and hold funds and property by way of voluntary contribu琀椀ons,
subscrip琀椀ons, levies, gi昀琀s and dona琀椀ons (whether of real or personal property) and devises and bequests
for any of the purposes of the Company.
To invest the monies of the Company not immediately required for its purposes in or upon such
investments, securi琀椀es or property as may be thought 昀椀t, subject nevertheless to such condi琀椀ons (if any)
and such consents (if any) as may for the 琀椀me being be imposed or required by law.
To purchase, take on lease or in exchange, hire or otherwise acquire any real or personal property and any
rights or privileges which the Company may think necessary or convenient for the promo琀椀on of its objects
and to construct, maintain and alter any buildings or structures necessary or convenient for the work of
the Company.
To sell, let, mortgage, improve, develop, dispose of or turn to account all or any of the property or assets of
the Company as may be thought expedient with a view to the promo琀椀on of its objects.
Subject to Clause 4 hereof, to employ and pay architects, surveyors, solicitors, accountants and other
professional persons, workmen, clerks and other sta昀昀 as are necessary for the furtherance of the objects
of the Company.
To grant pensions and re琀椀rement bene昀椀ts to or for employees or former employees and to the widows,
children and other dependants of deceased employees and to pay or subscribe to funds or schemes for
the provision of life assurance, pensions and re琀椀rement bene昀椀ts for employees and former employees
their widows, children and other dependants.
