As a Member of CLUB WYNDHAM ASIA you will be automatically enrolled to join Wyndham Rewards®, the most generous rewards
program in the world. Depending on your CLUB WYNDHAM ASIA tier, you can exchange* your Member Points for Wyndham Rewards
points, which can be redeemed for accommodation in over 25,000 hotels, homes and condos around the world, or for your Club
Annual Levies!

Stored Value Cards
As a CLUB WYNDHAM ASIA Member, you
can redeem Wyndham Rewards® points
for gift certificates, gift cards and stored
value cards from providers directly
affiliated with the Wyndham Rewards®
program.
CLUB WYNDHAM ASIA Annual Levy
As a CLUB WYNDHAM ASIA Member, you
can use your Wyndham Rewards® points
towards payment of your Club’s Annual
Levies.
How to redeem?
To redeem a reward, simply login
to wyndhamrewards.com with your
username and password and click on the
‘Redeem’ tab.

Important Information
• Annual Member Points or Bonus Points
issued can be transferred up to the
maximum amount permitted according
to Members’ tier (with the exception of
Founding Members, who are able to
transfer 100 per cent of their Points)
• Points borrowed from the following
annual allocation cannot be exchanged
(with the exception of Founding Members,
who are able to transfer Points borrowed
from the following annual allocation,
or saved from the previous annual
allocation)
• There is a flat US$49 exchange fee
payable at the time of the exchange
request, regardless of the total amount of
Member Points converted

You can also remake a booking by
calling the Member Services team. In
some circumstances a 48-hour waiting
period between a cancellation and a
new reservation will apply.
If the booking contains expired Member
Points, a new booking must be made
on the same day to ensure that the
Points do not expire from the account.
The check-in date for the new booking
must not exceed 12 months for Gold
Emerald and Sapphire tier Members
and 14 months for Platinum Ruby and
Diamond tier Members from the date
the Points expired.
Emergency cancellations are considered
on a case-by-case basis and require
appropriate documentation.
You will avoid penalty (or loss of
Member Points) in the following
cases:
For bookings made at CLUB
WYNDHAM ASIA Resorts, you can
cancel:
• If you cancel within the periods set
out to the right; or
• 30 days before use when you’ve
booked 14 months to 61 days in
advance.
• If another CLUB WYNDHAM ASIA
Member books the period you have
cancelled (if you cancelled after the
date on your confirmation letter).
Please call the Member Services
team after the date of your intended
stay to check if your apartment was
rebooked.
• 10 days before use when you’ve
booked 60 to 15 days in advance.
• 48 hours before use when you’ve
booked 14 days to 48 hours in
advance.
Members who do not cancel within
these noted timelines will forfeit the
number of Member Points.
No cancellations are permitted for
bookings made less than 48 hours prior
to use.
