I feel very sad when I meet tired, depressed or stressed-out people who
don’t take care of themselves. People, who struggle with weight problems,
are in pain and become ill at an early age. Nobody needs to live like that.
Health is my great passion. As a yoga instructor and Pilates coach I’ve
spent thirty years guiding people towards a healthier lifestyle with more
daily joy and well being. And through my work with thousands of clients I’ve
come to know that alkaline eating and living can make a profound difference
to your life.
An alkaline lifestyle keeps the body young and the energy in top. At the
same time, your skin becomes fine and radiating. Your weight goes down,
your mood goes up. And if you are in pain, you’ll find that an alkaline lifestyle also reduces and perhaps even removes your muscle and joint aches.
For it’s your bodily balance between acids and alkalis which determines
if your eating and living habits benefit your looks, your health and your comfort – or if it trips you over. Small changes can make a big difference.
