STEP 1:
Diet, exercise, water, breathing, sleep, emotions and relations are the basis
for how your body is doing: Whether you are healthy and happy, or bogged
down with illnesses. The reason is that it affects the body’s acidic-alkaline
balance and thus the body’s pH value.
STEP 2:
Ideally, your body’s pH value should be 7.32 or just 7+, but every day it
gets affected by your food, habits, mood and general life quality. Is the air
around you for instance clean and fresh, do you move enough, get enough
water, good sleep and eat primarily organic and alkaline food? Is your selfesteem okay, are you balanced, and do you have close relations, love and
happiness in your life? It all has either an acidic or alkaline influence on your
body.
STEP 3:
A pH value of 7+ influences your body in all areas: You will feel well adjusted,
be less tense, happier – and your body will be much better at resisting diseases. As a bonus, you get a slimmer, stronger, more well-shaped body and more
delicate, glowing skin with beautiful, bright eyes.
FLOW:
Flow is my expression for the lovely sensation that arises, when body and
mind are in balance. The body feels light, happy and relaxed, your mind is
at ease and there’s peace in your heart. In this state, you are supremely in
touch with yourself. You sense what’s good for you, listen to your intuition,
make the right decisions and express yourself with clarity.
THE GOOD NEWS:
Just a few new habits can be enough to get you from acidic to healthy. You
probably do a lot already, but there are areas where you could adjust a bit.
