A sought-after labor relations specialist, consultant, leadership coach,
award winning trainer, and speaker, Natasha has advanced the cultural shift
toward greater inclusion in the film and television industry across North
America. In 2022, she was recognized as a Black leader by the Vancouver
Economic Commission.
Natasha is a long-time member of the British Columbia film industry and a
foremost expert on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Her reputation for
excellence has made her the premier choice for leading film and television
stakeholders. As a Labor Relations Specialist, Natasha is known for
collaboratively handling sensitive and complex issues with unions and major
Hollywood studios.
Prior to establishing Elevate Inclusion Strategies, Natasha worked for
15 years as an Extras Casting Director in the British Columbia film industry.
Natasha’s flagship Inclusive Leadership and Inclusive Workplace training
programs have set the standard in the North American film and television
industry. In 2019, she was recognized for her training by Women in Film + TV
Vancouver with a Spotlight Award.
