Fair Employment
Our growing workforce can expect progressive rates of pay and
that they are never below the living wage. In fact, we aim to pay our
team salaries above the average for Herefordshire (currently just
under £20k pa).
We negotiate the working hours that best suit the employees’ needs
and work/life balance and everyone has 35 days holiday including
bank holidays. We have a whole team lunch every month cooked
for us by a neighbouring catering business.
Staff have plenty of access to light and nature and we strongly
believe in the benefits of biophilic design.
We are focused on improving the diversity of our workforce, creating
opportunities for local people where we can and making sure that
every member of our team is able to express themselves and use all
their talents at work.
We are going through the B Corp certification process, which will
help develop the way we run our business not just for profit and the
benefit of the planet, but for people too.
