In our first carbon audit we decided to treat our group of companies as
one. The Natural Paint business was conceived and incubated by our
interior design business, Edward Bulmer Ltd, which is headquartered at
Court of Noke. This is a Listed Grade II* house and is in the centre of our
working farm.
This means that we have included:
• Edward Bulmer Natural Paint
• Auro UK
• Edward Bulmer Ltd
We have chosen to include Court of Noke but not the farm itself in our
first audit but will include it when we have completed the assessment of
its emissions and sequestration potential.
We’ve chosen to measure and report our Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions.
To carry out our assessment we worked in line with the advice and
insight on emissions from leading developers Green Element who are
Greenhouse Gas (GHG) and carbon accounting specialists.
