To solve customer concerns swiftly, SCPHA accept complaints about
its services directly via email. These complaints are investigated by a
complaint owner who is independent to the import(s) in question.

Authority
If the customer is not satisoed after an investigation has concluded,
they are directed to the East Sufolk Council complaints system, with
potential for review from another service area if required.
We provide a complaints Tracker that9s reviewed BIWEEKLY by the
leadership team to understand any root causes.
