19. How is the delivery of our climate workstreams prioritised?
This phase of our core programme is prioritised by the actions that have the greatest climate impact and benefits for residents. These are:

2. Low carbon energy: Delivery of low carbon

Planning policies, Energy Teams, East Suffolk Green Hydrogen Strategy.
3. Low energy homes: Enabling homes to be
healthy and efficient.
Warmer homes, HRA property retrofit programme (emerging), Planning

4. Nature: Biodiversity loss & habitat restoration
Biodiversity programmes e.g. pardon the weeds, tree planting; Biodiversity Net
Gain (emerging), Planning policies.
5. Sustainable transport: Supporting low carbon
mobility
