The S}oey catchment wetlands are low-cost
nature-based solu}ons (NbS) to further reduce
nutrients and bacterial loading from the water
recycling centres (WRC).
Norfolk Rivers Trust are working in the S}oey
catchment, taking a total catchment approach to
address all water quality issues, this includes
improvements in farming prac}ces, river
restora}on to restore natural processes,
wetlands to improve water quality (tackling
di昀昀use and point source pollu}on) and
engagement with communi}es.

Designs for 3 wetlands and delivery of one
at Langham (see photos)
