This webinar will provide you with an overview of the different methods for the diagnosis and treatment of
oncological patients with the aim to reinforce your knowledge and con昀椀dence. It will focus on the diagnostic
tests available for the most common cancers seen in general practice, including their advantages and
disadvantages and how to interpret the results.
We will also brie昀氀y review the different treatment options available for different
neoplasms, with special attention to chemotherapy, its safe administration and
how to limit and manage chemotherapy side effects in the clinic. Lastly, we will
also discuss the importance of individualising the treatment and monitoring
plans based on the speci昀椀c context of the patient.
