Salary & Benefits
Nuffield Health offer the following salary:
NURSES
Minimum £20,750 per annum before NMC registration
Minimum £27,251 per annum once NMC registration achieved.
RADIOGRAPHERS
Minimum £28,501 per annum
Should you work in excess of your contracted hours, you will be paid overtime:
Hours up to 37.5 in any week
Flat rate (x1)
Monday to Sunday
(hours in excess of 37.5) in any week
Time and a half (x 1 ½)
Public / Bank Holidays
Double Time (x2)
If you are rostered to work during certain specified “unsocial” hours you will be paid an additional
enhancement to your salary at the following rates:
Night
Hours worked between 7pm and 7am on 30% of basic hourly rate
any day of the week
Weekend
Hours worked between 7am and 7pm on 20% of basic hourly rate
a Saturday or Sunday
Bank Holiday
Hours worked between midnight and 100% of basic hourly rate
midnight of a bank holiday
