Boost Your Income
Basic Salary: £31,163pa
(including 5% HCAS)
Once NMC registered.
Pre-registration Salary: £28,057 pa
(including 5% HCAS)
HCAS = High Cost Area Supplement
Overtime
Nurses are automatically added to the
Trust’s Nurse bank and are able to
undertake additional shifts (in their
allocated clinical area) as a Healthcare
Support Worker, prior to NMC registration,
and as a Registered Nurse, once their NMC
PIN is received.
Cash Advance on Arrival
Unsocial hours payments in addition
to basic pay. Please see details
provided in NHS salary information.
Pay Frequency
A cash advance of £600 is offered to help
you until your first payday (reclaimed from
salary over 12 months starting from month
2).
Starter Pack
Salary is paid on the 27th of each
month, unless this falls on the
weekend. In this case you will be
paid the Friday before the 27th.
Basic essentials, e.g. new bedding and
kitchen equipment/utensils, will be
provided to each candidate when they
vacate the hotel accommodation after the
first month.
Opportunity for Training & Development
Once you have achieved NMC
Registration you will be enrolled on
to a Band 5 development
programme offering an extensive
range of clinical and non-clinical
training.
