Pay Rate
Boost Your Income
Basic Salary: £28,000 pa
Once NMC registered.
Pre-registration Salary: £22,500
Enhanced pay
You may join the hospital’s nurse
bank to work additional shifts after
you have achieved NMC
registration.
Cash Advance on Arrival
Unsocial hours enhancements are
available on top of your basic pay,
for evening and weekend work.
Pay Frequency
A cash advance of £600 is offered
to help you until your first payday
(reclaimed from salary over 4
months).
Food Parcel on Arrival
Salary is paid on the last day of each
month, unless this falls on the
weekend. In this case you will be
paid the Friday before the end of the
month.

Registration you will be able to

pathways available to you as a KIMS
team member.
Basic essentials will be provided by
KIMS upon arrival, to help you
