When Dovetale Collections was founded by
my mother, nearing 50 years ago, the specialty
food industry in Canada was limited to a very
small community of risk takers, many of whom
remain still as customers of ours today. Fast
forward to the present, it is truly amazing to see
the vibrant, innovative and strong community of
retailers, choosing to grow their businesses with
specialty food.
Our family has equally dedicated ourselves
to the growth and understanding of this
important part of our market. On behalf of
ourselves and the dynamic group of artisans,
makers, producers and dreamers who we
represent, thank you. Thank you for sharing
