Thursday Cottage was started in a Somerset kitchen
in 1963. Handcrafted with the same care for over
50 years, all of their products are handmade in small
batches and cooked in traditional pans. They still stir
the fresh ingredients by hand and hand pour each jar to
ensure more whole fruit makes it into their preserves.

cherry flavour. Made with free-range
eggs, pure county butter and sour
cherry juice. Wonderful when used as a
tart filling or even spread over hot toast.
A more subtle flavour compared to
the other more fruity curds. Ginger
Curd carries more of a spiced flavour
and leaves a nice warmth on your taste
buds. Perfect filling for a cheesecake.
