Island Bakery
Founded in 1994, Island Bakery is a family business
led by Joe and Dawn Reade. From humble beginnings
baking fresh bread for the islanders, they began making
sweet and savoury biscuits so that everyone would be
able to enjoy a little part of the Island. Produced in
small batches, each biscuit is baked with care in their
woodfired ovens on the Island of Mull in Scotland.
