Escuminac is located in a centuries-old maple grove
in the Baie-des-Chaleurs on the Gaspe Peninusula. A
favourable climate for maple growing, their long, very
cold winters, combined with late springs guarantee a
production of the highest quality. Traditionally, maple
syrup is blended to standardise the colour and flavour.
