Delicate and fine, befitting the name Porcelana.
Made from pure Criollo cocoa, with only 3,000
kilos harvested annually. Amedei has the honour
of growing this cocoa, creating a product with
incredible flavour that is among the most
aromatic, well-rounded and harmonious bars.
This blend expresses the Amedei philosophy.
Combined are cacaos from 9 plantations
which, over the years, have been discovered,
restored and rendered productive again
by Amedei. A powerful and balanced dark
chocolate with an unmistakable flavour.
The wild Mayan Chuao bean needed to
be “tamed” as no one had ever tasted it in
its pure form. After an aging period of 20
days, this chocolate – unlike any other –
keeps developing its taste, improving its
acidity and aroma.
