Try Rose Harissa as a base for soups or stews, or
sprinkle it onto your vegetable, meat or fish dishes
before cooking. In this Rose Harissa, you’ll find 3
types of chili, fennel, cumin and coriander, along
with a dash of true cinnamon and rose petals.
This Tandoori mix uses a variety of classic
Sri Lankan spices with curry leaves and black
sesame. It can be used in a myriad of marinades,
rubs and sauces and with all types of meat or fish.

This curry consists of all the best spices that Sri
Lankan spice gardens have to offer. This warm
and aromatic curry contains coriander, fennel
seeds, black pepper, cumin, ginger, cardamom,
cloves, Ceylon cinnamon and curry leaves.
This has a fresh and sublime flavour that marries
well with fish, grilled vegetables or seafood. It
has notes of mint and citrus on a base of green
fennel, coriander and three kinds of seaweed.
The “bite” comes from a touch of chili.
You can use Za’atar as a rub on fish, meat or
vegetables both before and after preparation, or
you can make marinades, dressings or dips with it.
It tastes great when sprinkled on eggs, tomatoes,
salads, soup, hummus, grilled fish or veggies.
