These salt flakes are infused in oil obtained from
sun-dried lemons with a green drizzle of lemon
thyme. Citrus salt flakes are suitable for all types
of fish and vegetables.
Porcini imparts an excellent taste to soups,
pasta and dishes with eggs. Dried porcini
mushroom granules are incorporated with
salt flakes, resulting in delicious woodland
aromas and flavours.

sweet chili. Makes a wonderful table salt and is
