“When I founded the Dormie Network Foundation in 2020 with the Peed
family, one of my 昀椀rst meetings was with the Nebraska PGA. Four years
later, that connection led us to the PGA of America, resulting in a major
gift to support PGA REACH—their charitable arm focused on growing the
game for youth and military families. PGA HOPE, their 昀氀agship program,
aligns with our mission of supporting military and 昀椀rst responders by
enhancing the well-being of veterans with disabilities through golf. We’re
proud to champion this cause.”
Mike has 20 years of experience as an individual contributor and sales
leader in healthcare technology. His sales expertise naturally transitioned
into the nonpro昀椀t sector, where he tailors solutions to meet partners’
unique needs. Outside of work, Mike enjoys family life and golf with his
wife, Kate, and their three children.

“Getting involved with Father’s Club has been truly inspiring. Their
mission—fueled by resolve, humility, and love—creates simple, impactful
ways for dads to be intentional with their KIDS, other DADS, and within
their COMMUNITY. The leadership and board are doing amazing things, I
can’t wait to see what’s in store.”

“As a mother, The First Tee is near and dear to my heart as I have seen
the impact that the program has had on so many children. It integrates
the game of golf with a life skills curriculum that builds character and
leadership skills. Children are the future, and I believe it’s important to
invest in them.”
