3 POINT HYPEREXTENSION BRACE
APPLICATIONS
The 3 point Hyperextension brace is used primarily for anterior wedge fractures
of the vertebral bodies in the thoracic and lumbar spine. They are built to allow
extension but prevent spinal flexion and limit rotation and lateral trunk flexion. They
can therefore be used in degenerative disc disease, hyperkyphosis, osteoporosis,
osteoarthritis and other spinal anomalies.
