For dining, CUT at 45 Park Lane was Wolfgang Puck9s orst
European restaurant, where works by Damian Hirst line the walls.
Upstairs, BAR 45 awaits with a vibrant mix of handcraved cocktails.
Behind a discreet doorway, Michelin-starred Sushi Kanesaka
transports guests to another realm with its omakase ofering.
Overseen by chef Shinji Kanesaka, the restaurant showcases a
traditional sushi experience, showcasing time-honoured techniques.
Park Lane is a potent, living canvas for an ever-evolving collection of
work by contemporary British artists. Alongside permanent displays
by the likes of Damien Hirst and Sir Peter Blake, regular exhibitions
ofer guests a chance to discover new local artists through vibrant
collages, photography, sculptures and print.
