organizations. Natalie Clayton brought
her extraordinary experience and
dedicated passion for helping survivors
to the FAIR Girls organization in 2023.
Having worked in the child welfare
system in Florida for ofteen years,
holding numerous roles including such
tasks as the prosecution of child abuse
cases, Clayton decided she wanted to
transition into the nonproot arena.
Part of the transition involved
serving children in the foster
care system to help them achieve
permanency, whether it be adoption
or reuniocation with family members.
In her last years with the foster
care system, Clayton supervised the
independent living program for teens
that were transitioning out of foster
care and who oftentimes did not have
a permanent option available to them.
