Please obtain a returns authorisation code prior to returning your goods. This can be done
by following the QR code or calling our Customer Service Team on 01978 663000.
Returns are subject to the following conditions:
• Items are returned carriage paid.
• Items are received in a resaleable condition.
• Items should be returned unused in their original condition in order to secure a refund.
• Items are returned complete with all packaging in good condition (we reserve the
right to levy a charge to replace product packaging which is damaged or defaced).
• Items to be returned within 14 days from authorisation, anything beyond this may be
subject to rejection or a restocking charge of not less than 10%. This does not affect
your statutory rights.
• Please retain your proof of postage as Demon Tweeks cannot accept responsibility for
returned parcels which are not received at Demon Tweeks; you may require it in the
event of a claim with your carrier.
• Products are not provided by Demon Tweeks on a trial basis.
• Demon Tweeks are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or
removal of allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) parts.
• Please note that Demon Tweeks cannot be held responsible for incompatibility issues
or accept any responsibility for any consequential or indirect loss no matter how
incurred.
Any discrepancies or damage with orders must be reported within
5 days of receipt. Please advise our Customer Service Department
of any problems with shortages or carrier damage within 5 days of
receipt. We regret that beyond this time, we may be unable to process
your claim due to circumstances beyond our control.

Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for refund, credit, or exchange if the

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with everything you
order from our catalogue and every aspect of our service. We constantly
encourage our suppliers to improve the quality and update the specification of
their products, so when you sometimes find minor variations from the catalogue
description you can be sure that they are changes for the better. Great care is
taken to state the correct size and specification of every item and any slight
variation which may occur will be within the accepted trade tolerances.
OVERSEAS AND UK SALES TAX
We operate a complete door to door export service to almost any global destination. Overseas
customers do not pay UK sales tax however, for customers in Europe we now offer a delivery
duties paid service and collect tax and duty at the point of order meaning that there are no further
customs charges applied to your shipments.
For customers outside of Europe our prices are quoted free of any tax and duty and any additional
monies due will be collected from you by the relevant authorities in the destination country.
BFPO CUSTOMERS, we can supply BFPO customers VAT free providing a Certificate of
Entitlement for VAT zero rated purchases, authorised by your C.O. is supplied.
DELIVERY
Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been
accepted, and in any event within the time stipulated at the time of your order. However, we
will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable
delay in delivery. In this case, we may inform you of the delay and the reason for the delay as
soon as is practical.
DEPOSIT
VAT
On any non stock or special order item we
reserve the right to charge a deposit of £100
or 50% of order value to the customers
credit/debit card, which is non returnable
in the event of cancellation, based upon the
customer’s implicit instructions to order the
goods on their behalf.
At the time of going to press the current rate
of VAT is 20% to be added to all prices except
childrens safety seats which are subject to
VAT at 5% and books and childrens clothing
which are zero rated VAT.
