VBOX Video HD2 Track Package (With Predictive Lap Timing Display Option)
25Hz Video/data logger with dual 1080p cameras for those who want to achieve better lap times
and greater consistency. VBOX Video HD2 gives you a competitive advantage no matter what level
of motorsport you compete in. The system allows for a main camera view with embedded picturein-picture secondary position. The lenses are wide angle, ensuring that every moment of track
action is captured in stunning high definition - so analysis in Circuit Tools is even more informative.
Logging GNSS data and up to 80 CAN channels, the customisable graphics are overlaid in real
time - giving the user great scope for fantastic dashboard and gauge layouts with several default
scenes also available. An app for Android and iOS devices connects via VBOX Video’s inbuilt Wi-Fi
to allow fine-tuning of camera orientation, with real time camera output being displayed on the
mobile device’s screen. The system will start and stop logging according to GNSS speed and with
the video pre-buffer this allows every moment of track action - including race starts - to be captured
automatically. An internal power supply allows the current file to be correctly closed should power
be lost during recording, ensuring that no data loss or corruption occurs. An HDMI out socket
allows VBOX Video HD2 to be used to broadcast live via Third party encoder / transmitter, allowing
streaming to a range of platforms or destinations. For those looking for the ultimate in positional
accuracy there is an HD2 RTK Module that will allow centimeter level precision previously unheard
of in motorsport.

Predictive lap timing - based on position rather than distance - the bright
OLED screen allows for instant, constant timing feedback during the lap as
you drive. Can be purchased as an add on to use with an existing Video VBOX
system or included as a package with either of the systems on this page.

This tyre temperature monitoring system comprises of the 25Hz VBOX Touch data logger (also available on our website
separately) and the tyre pressure sensor kit, each of the 4 sensors can measure 16 points on a tyre so you can see a
true temperature across the entire tyre width. The temperature range on the sensors is -20 to 300°C. Tyre temperature
sensors are available separately to connect to existing HD2 systems if you do not need an in-car display.

• Build a tyre map to show temperatures at every point on the circuit
• Invaluable for fine tuning suspension and chassis settings
RACELOGIC tyre temperature sensors feature a choice of 120 or 60 degree field of view and are to be mounted near the
tyre to constantly monitor the temperature across the whole width of the tyre. The advantage of this compared to more
traditional methods is that you can view and log the temperatures during the lap to see how each tyre reacts to cornering
and braking. This information can be beneficial for fine tuning the chassis including brake bias, suspension settings and
tyre pressures. As well as logging tyre temperatures, VBOX Touch Motorsport logger also allows you to view and log
lap times with predictive lap timing, speed, position and performance (such as acceleration). All this makes the Tyre
temperature monitoring system a very powerful tool for improving car and driver performance.
