Designed with the requirements of mechanics and co drivers in mind,
this boot meets the very latest FIA 8856-2018 approval meaning it can
be used in all forms of motorsport globally including the Formula 1 pit
lane, where the Williams F1 team played a part in developing it. Features
include a three-way directional grip ensuring maximum tread in the wet,
dry and rough terrain, high stability sole, an abrasion resistant outer
material, breathable inserts, soft Nomex® internal lining twinned with a
large bellowed rear ankle to optimise movement. The boots also carry an
adjustable Velcro® closure to ensure a tight yet comfortable all round fit.

6 • PRO Mech-S Glove
The PRO Mech-S glove has been
developed specifically for use in the
pit lane where the requirement for a
highly visible, yet fire retardant glove
is required. Features include high
impact absorbency points across the
knuckles, highly heat protective lining,
high grip silicone pattern within the
palm area and fingers, along with a
softer material in the more critical
areas such as between the fingers and
thumb area which benefits the more
intricate mechanics jobs and allow for
better dexterity.
