Stilo helmet specifications
Stilo were the first helmet manufacturer to reach the FIA 8860-2018 ABP standard, which has been approved and certified by the
FIA. The new improved safety features include Advanced Ballistic Protection (ABP) which is a replacement for the added zylon
visor panel required by the FIA for the previous generation of 8860-2010 helmets. The ABP approved helmets are the highest
specification helmets ever to be developed.

This helmet is the pinnacle of comfort and performance,
designed with an outstanding aerodynamic profile that
ensures unbeatable stability at high speeds without
compromising ventilation. Engineered as the ultimate
single-seater helmet, it features newly designed cheek
padding for an improved fit and enhanced stability. The
high-performance, washable anti-fog visor meets the
latest FIA standards (8860-2018 and 8859-2024), with
a secure locking system for safety in both closed and
ventilated positions. Its advanced ventilation system,
inspired by F1, reduces sweat and moisture through
strategically placed top vents. Additional features
include a smoother visor mechanism, an increased
downward field of view, and user-friendly padding
channels for the easy installation of electronics,
air, and water systems. Comes with built in port
communications, consisting of an integral comm port
and a built in noise cancelling microphone. Everything
you need for racing a single seater!

designed for closed cockpit GT and touring cars
environments. Its top ventilation system helps
reduce sweat and moisture build-up, keeping you
cool during races. The adjustable ear padding
provides optimal comfort and allows for a snug
fit, and integrated electronics complete the
communication solution. The helmet features a
new, lighter shell design with three size options
for a tailored fit. Enhanced cheek padding ensures
stability, and the increased downward field of view
improves visibility. It’s also prepared for frontal and
side drinking systems, making it race-ready.

Engineered for top-tier performance and comfort,
featuring ventilation holes to minimise sweat and
moisture, the helmet also includes integrated speakers
with noise-reducing earmuffs and an adjustable
microphone, ensuring clear communication. It’s fully
compatible with the Stilo wireless intercom system
and designed with a new shell size mix for the lightest
possible fit. Noise attenuating ear muffs surround
the speakers to hugely reduce external noise and
improve the levels of comfort. The magnetic dynamic,
noise cancelling microphone is adjustable to allow for
optimum spacing from the mouth to reduce external
noise. Enhanced cheek padding improves stability,
while the increased downward field of view boosts
driver awareness. The helmets intercom system is also
compatible with traditional Stilo wired amplifiers so
there is no need to change helmets for vehicles which
do not have a wireless amplifier.
