What are the o?ice hours?

The University operates during regular business hours from Monday to Friday from 8:00
AM to 5:00 PM. In our SCI oWice, the typical working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM
to 4:00 PM.

External building doors and the elevator are unlocked from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.,
Monday through Friday. Outside of these hours, access to the building will require a UCard. If your card doesn9t have access, please email admin@sci.utah.edu
Where can I ûnd o?ice supplies?

General oWice supplies are conveniently stocked in the cabinets located near the
printers within the SCI Lobby area (WEB 3750). To ensure availability for everyone, we
kindly ask that you take only what is necessary and avoid wastage. Thank you for helping
us maintain a sustainable supply for all users.
What is the process for requesting time o??

To request time oW, please contact your supervisor directly for approval. For SCI staW
members, utilize the SCI StaW Leave Calendar in Outlook to schedule your time away.
Ensure that your supervisor approves your requested dates before placing them on the
calendar. This process helps maintain clear communication and ensures coverage
within the team.

For any maintenance-related issues, please send an email to admin@sci.utah.edu
detailing the problem. Our team can assist by submitting work orders on your behalf to
ensure timely resolution. Your cooperation in providing clear descriptions will help
expedite the maintenance process. If it9s an emergency either ûnd one of us or call
