Now, take on the role of the author! I recommend setting a timer and writing for exactly 15
minutes. Don't stop writing even if you believe you can't produce anything good or
meaningful at that moment. Just keep writing! You will be amazed at what flows from your
pen, especially after a few days of consistent writing. After 15 minutes, simply stop; by then,
you've typically filled in the blanks of the worksheet for the day. You'll receive a question
every day, which generally revolves around the same four queries: what, why, how, and
when, in each category. Specifically, these four aspects:
