JORDAN ARCHITECTS is an award winning full service design firm specializing in a wide range of project types with a
focus on retail, hospitality, custom residential and self storage projects. Established in 1981, the firm has designed retail
centers, hotels, resorts and self storage facilities throughout the United States and in the process earned a reputation for being
preeminent in the industry.

During that time our entire staff has prided itself by providing a high level of service not only to our many clients, but also
to the communities in which we work and live. After the primary determination of project feasibility, our project team of
architects and designers produces effective attractive designs that fit within the community. Utilizing these designs, along
with years of experience, we have developed a sensitive and sensible approach to the local government approval process.
An experienced staff of personnel, including our licensed architects and a state of the art computer aided design system
(C.A.D.), consistently produces creative designs and accurate construction documents in a timely manner. Our experience
includes numerous projects with constraints that other architectural firms might consider intimidating: difficult sites, zoning
obstacles (Jordan Architects, Inc. has authored a number of zoning ordinances), easements, pipelines, soils and geology
problems and sensitive political issues.

years of experience in architecture
preceded by an extensive background
in construction. His primary duties include site selection, design, government entitlements, financing,
construction oversight, project budgets and overall decision making responsibilities.

services. The principle, Bruce Jordan, and a project manager are involved with the project from it’s inception through client
approval. Additional team members, designers, production staff and construction experts, are assigned to the project as it
develops. Our diverse staff allows us the flexibility to focus team members at the critical scheduling milestones of a project
to bring it to its successful completion.
