DAMPA Sustainable Marine Ceiling Solution - Catalog - Page 2
At DAMPA we continuously work on improving the sustainability of our products and
solutions.
When choosing DAMPA, you get a metal
ceiling solution produced with focus on
environmental initiatives.
REDUCE
We continously optimise
our processes to reduce
material consumption
and minimalise
waste.
Steel and aluminium are heavy raw materials
to extract, but when focusing on recycling,
the materials are incredibly beneficial to our
planet.
Once the metal is extracted, it can, with
relatively few resources, be recycled over
and over again without leaving the sustainable circular cycle.
The material does not perish and can be
recycled countless times well into the future,
without losing mechanical properties.

REUSE
Due to the long lifespan
of our products, they can
be reused and adapted to
new purposes.
RECYCLE
All DAMPA production
waste and products can be
recycled after use.
DAMPA uses regional (Northern
European) suppliers of raw materials. All internal scrap metal is collected and recycled.
Our products are delivered at the
shipyard in prefabricated packages,
eliminating nearly all waste.

actions
DAMPA ceiling systems have a
long lifespan of minimum 50 years
because of the high quality.
The ceiling consists of 98% aluminium or steel. The remaining 2%
consist of mineral wool, acoustics
felt and lacquer. Meaning close to
100% of the ceiling is recyclable.
