Management’s responsibilities
The
management
of
Industriens
Pensionsforsikring A/S is responsible for:

Designing, implementing and maintaining
internal control of information relevant to the
preparation of data in the ESG metrics that is
free from material misstatement, whether
due to fraud or error;
•
Establishing objective accounting policies
for preparing ESG metrics;
•
Preparing and reporting ESG metrics in
accordance with the methods specified for
data processing stated; and
•
Content of the Annual Report 2023.

ESG metrics for the period 1 January - 31
December 2023 are prepared, in all material
respects, in accordance with the methods
specified for data processing;

Forming an independent conclusion, based
on the procedures performed and the
evidence obtained; and
•
Reporting our conclusion to the stakeholders
of Industriens Pension.
