Data ethics
A data policy has been drawn up, providing a
number of guidelines for data ethics. One
requirement in the policy is that member data be
stored and managed appropriately. The policy
goes beyond the regulatory minimum
requirements in many areas.
SERVING AS A GOOD EXAMPLE
New solutions are designed and IT systems are
developed with data ethics in mind to ensure
subsequent compliance with the policy's
requirements regarding data ethics.
All employees at Industriens Pension regularly
take part in awareness campaigns and attend elearning courses within the GDPR, money
laundering and IT security to ensure an updated,
high level of knowledge for everyone.
Work in the company's risk management
function has provided a culture in which
operational errors and incidents are reported to
a central register. This also applies for violations
within the areas regulated by the data policy.
