In the same way, we collaboratein Germany with employment agencies for peoplewith disabilities, while in Denmark we collaboratewith local authorities and job centres on job trainingfor local citizens at our logistics centres.At the same time, we are very open to alternativeways of training and education, and every year, wehave taken on young people who, through our NewApprenticeship programme, gain a more practicalapproach to training as warehouse operators or HGVdrivers.I am very proud of these initiatives, and we lookforward to devoting more resources to them in thecoming years. Likewise, we want to strengthen occupational health and safety and well-being at FrodeLaursen.
