This season brings another line up of outstanding
performances to your Cultural Center. You can
look forward to our live concert series which will
showcase a variety of music; from Rock to Country
to Chamber Music. I hope that you can enjoy your
go to favorites ~~ maybe our outdoor concerts or
our Cabaret offering ~~ while trying something
new this year. There is something to tempt every
taste. We will continue with our outdoor concerts
with performances from Tyler Hubbard, Chicago,
ZZ Top and Kool & the Gang. Additionally, we have
heard your feedback and we will be changing up
our pre-concert dinner offering to a more informal
cocktail party to allow for more conversation and
“mingling”.
There will be a number of options for in person
lectures. Learn something new on Artificial
Intelligence or the inner workings of a CIA case
officer to understanding a little more about the
Federal Reserve. We will also continue with our
Dining with the President series including one by
acclaimed Pulitzer Prize winning historian Doris
Kearns Goodwin. The Richmond Virtual Forum will
return for the second season based on popular
demand. Finally, our Food and Film series, always
a favorite, will be back as well.
I would like to personally thank our Board,
our Committees and their volunteers and our
dedicated staff who have worked diligently to
bring world class talent to our community. All of
us at the Cultural Center look forward to seeing
you this season.
