Strong Actions for
a Safer World
2022 saw CSAA’s efforts to accelerate
environmental stewardship take on a much
more visible role across the company as
we increased engagement with employees
around our climate journey. Through town hall
meetings, lunch and learns, leveraging the
employee intranet and a new Go Green guide,
we continue to strengthen our internal literacy
around climate change and our company’s
journey to reducing our impacts.
This work is championed by our Sustainable
CSAA culture group, bringing diverse
perspectives to CSAA’s efforts to address
environmental challenges. Our CEO, Tom Troy,
continues to lead by example, speaking at
several conferences about the importance
of ESG and bringing visibility to our carbonreduction goals.
While our environmental efforts continue,
2022 brought new challenges in the wake of
the pandemic as the world opened back up.
