• We will continue to review and
update our Board governance
policies and processes and
monitor new privacy laws to ensure
compliance and transparency.
• Building on the success of 2022’s
Lighten Up Week, we will be actively
communicating with, educating and
encouraging employees to “Know
what we have / How to classify it /
Where we store it / How long to keep
it” for improved records and data
management.
• We will be rolling out a refreshed
Code of Conduct training program,
as well as highlighting the voices of
our employees in a “What the Code
of Conduct Means To Me” article on
our company intranet.
• It is also important to note that, in
recognition of the growing threat
of malicious cyberattacks, we will
continue to conduct simulated
privacy and data security exercises
to prepare our cross-functional
teams and improve our incident
response programs.
