Code of Conduct
All of our activities are underpinned
by our Code of Conduct, which
outlines ethical behavior at CSAA and
serves as a guidepost to policies that
support our culture.
To ensure that all of CSAA—from
employees and contingent workers
all the way up to and including our
Board members—adhere to our
standard of ethics, we have an ethics
helpline for employees to report
potential misconduct. All complaints
are reviewed and investigated, as
appropriate. The helpline is operated
by a third party and all calls are
anonymous so that submissions can
be made without fear of retaliation.
In an effort to increase transparency
and trust, the CSAA investigations
team met with employees across
the enterprise to share their mission
and discuss the importance of
conducting internal investigations.
We went through our entire process,
from receiving a complaint through
case closure and—for the first
time—provided data on the type
of complaints and the number of
investigations conducted in
recent years.
