A Solid Foundation
CSAA has a strong corporate governance
structure that incorporates best practices
from public and private business with the
latest technology to ensure compliance with
all legal and financial regulations, and also
ethical conduct in everything we do.
While we have the utmost confidence in
our policies and procedures, we continually
evaluate and update them to ensure CSAA
leads the way when it comes to governance.
2022 was an especially active year for us with
significant work in the area of Data Privacy and
Records Management, updating our regulatory
change oversight, and increasing transparency
around ethics investigations.
Data Privacy and Security
CSAA is committed to protecting the privacy
and security of all personal information we
maintain, and in 2022 we saw a a great deal
of activity to increase awareness and vigilance.
