Other actions of note include the following:
Mental well-being is a focus for
CSAA, and we have continued our
partnership with One Mind at Work,
a global employer-led coalition that
works to improve mental health in
the workplace. Our One Mind at
Work technology-based platform
will allow us to measure and improve
our mental well-being programs–an
assessment has been completed,
and the results will inform our
further deployment.
• Our Employee Assistance Program
We also received the Bell Seal
for Workplace Mental Health
(Platinum certification) from Mental
Health America (MHA), a nationally
recognized program for workplace
well-being. Organizations and
employers that receive the Bell Seal
are recognized throughout the
United States to have standards that
promote and encourage mentally
healthy workplaces.
• To support our employees, we
(EAP), facilitated by Health
Advocate, supports employees,
spouses, dependents, parents and
parents-in-law with personal, family
and work-related concerns. CSAA
provides up to 10 free counseling
sessions per issue.
• We launched a partnership with a
virtual mental health vendor that
makes accessing mental healthcare
quicker and easier.

year, we ran a Stress Management &
Resilience Series focusing on stress
management, therapeutic art, and
creative problem-solving.
• We trained more than 100
employees last year in Mental
Health First Aid, with our own
internal trainers, and are forming a
new ERG focused on mental health.

have continued as a way for
employees to form social
connections with colleagues and
engage in well-being activities.
• Our well-being platform supports
social well-being by allowing
employees to connect with one
another, add friends from
outside the company, initiate
challenges with others, and support
social groups.
• We host listening sessions,
where employees gather to share
their struggles and discuss
coping strategies to overcome
life’s inevitable challenges.
• We created and supported the
delivery of a training to supervisors
for addressing abusive and/or
threatening callers, in response to
an increase in these types of calls.
Mindful Employee Resource Group focuses on employee mental health.
