A Force for Good in
Our Communities
At CSAA, we are proud to support equitable,
resilient, and vibrant communities where our
employees and customers work and live, with
a focus on the most underserved.
This is exemplified through our strong
multifaceted partnerships with The Trust for
Public Land, Junior Achievement affiliates
and local food banks in each of our main site
locations, and more than 90 other nonprofit
and community organizations nationwide. This
commitment is underscored by an additional
$500,000 of philanthropic support in 2022.
CSAA believes strongly in going “beyond the
check” and provides holistic support through
various volunteering opportunities for our
employees with these partners, including
multiple pro bono activities and consistent
monthly volunteer days at local food banks.
In total, 1,290 CSAA employees completed
more than 15,000 hours of volunteering
throughout 2022, with an increased focus
on external impact and supporting the most
