What was New in ’22?
We devoted significant
effort to the Future of
Work, an exciting initiative
to rethink how the
working world is going to
look moving forward.
We added a Diverse
Recruiting Strategist
whose primary focus is
developing strategies to
better meet our goals
around more diverse
representation.
We created a Talent Equity
Roadmap to increase
internal awareness of
what we are doing on our
journey toward an inclusive
and equitable culture
where all employees can
thrive and succeed.
We introduced an
employee resource group
focused on mental health.
We created a Community
Impact Council to
facilitate collaboration
and embed Total Social
Impact into all areas of
our business.
Female representation is
less than a percentage
point below the U.S. Labor
Market at the supervisor,
manager, and executive
ranks (combined).
We introduced the
Inclusion Collective to
connect diversity, equity
and inclusion activities
