suppliers and subcontractors in
their work for CSAA and implement

inclusion data on CSAA’s external
investment managers as part of our
annual survey process.
• We will use an internal scorecard
to track and measure progress
against formal goals we’ve
established for our employee
resource and culture groups.
• We will continue to review
enhanced demographic data such
as ethnicity, salary band and zip
code to identify gaps in coverage
and social determinants of health
to promote access to quality and
affordable healthcare and employee
and dependent engagement.
• We will continue to explore
partnerships to support social
determinants of health and diverse
provider training initiatives in our
communities.
• We will continue to enhance
maternity, primary care and
preventive services and familyforming benefits for our employees
and family members for higherquality, culturally appropriate and
accessible care.
• We will continue to advance mental
health by executing our strategy for
company-wide mental well-being.
• We will go live with our new mental
well-being and work life vendor to
offer enhanced services, easier
access to care and access to more
diverse providers.
• We will shift how we fund a portion
of our well-being incentives to
provide more flexibility in spending
and quicker access to funds.
• We have nine Mental Health
First Aid trainings scheduled
for 2024 and will offer this
full-day certification course to
any employee.
• We will shift our well-being
incentives from an individual focus
to a community focus where
earnings for well-being activities will
be donated to a nonprofit partner
that addresses health equity.
