Flexible time off
The company offers 12 paid holidays–
all 11 federal holidays (including
Juneteenth, Indigenous Peoples’ Day
and Veterans Day) and the day after
Thanksgiving. For those required
to—or who volunteer to—work on
holidays, our holiday flex program
enables employees to either be paid
the holiday pay or bank the time and
use to observe an alternative day off
of their choosing. From an inclusion
and belonging perspective, the
holiday flex program gives employees
the flexibility to celebrate a cultural
holiday that is not among our 12, or to
take a day off for other reasons.

programs to include all employees,

programs, and tuition reimbursement
programs. CSAA is also among the
first companies to offer student
loan repayment assistance to help
employees pay off their student loans.
The interactive infographic we
designed to drive awareness of
maternity services for BIPOC
(Black, Indigenous, and People
of Color) women and encourage
prenatal care in a holistic and
inclusive way earned us a silver
award in the Digital Health Awards.
We have reduced copays for the
tiered in-network program and
implemented salary-tiered company
health savings account (HSA) and
health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA) contributions to address
affordability and access to care for
lower-paid employees.
We also delivered four employee
trainings focused on social
determinants of health and health
equity and how CSAA provides
resources that help address:
• Lack of transportation
• Food deserts
• Healthcare access with hybrid
work models
• Well-being incentives to help
pay for food, rent and emergency
expenses
• No- to low-cost copays
